New Display Generator
Prepare a confidential dev manifest for paired displays and 12 months of service. Keep it private: it contains package activation QR tokens and backup codes. Select that same CSV below to register its hashes and paired display codes. Existing manifests made by the approved dev print generator can also be selected.
After registering, use this same manifest with the approved offline print generator's reprint command to produce the activation inserts and paired 4×6 duplex PDF. Keep the manifest for exact future reprints. Dev codes must never be shipped.
Paid Smart Rider orders · DEV
Match a paid order to the exact registered, plan-neutral physical package you will ship. Pairing records the admin and package; activation still happens when the buyer uses the card. Annual orders also need one unlinked Open House and Closing Review display.

Match physical stock
Label the box with the package reference and both five-character printed rider IDs. Check the riders’ QR codes against the saved private manifest before pairing. This action does not print signs or activation cards.
Smart Rider Generator · DEV
For Stripe paid orders, create one complete print run: 16 plan-neutral packages, 32 unique riders. Each package has two riders and can be paired to a monthly, six-month or annual order after the physical stock arrives. The four print PDFs have eight riders each, front and back, at 24×48 inches per file. Annual orders also require separate Open House and Closing Review displays.
The four 24×48-inch rider PDFs go to the sign printer. The separate four-up letter-size activation-card PDF is confidential: print it yourself and place one matching card with each two-rider package. Use the private packing map to match package references and printed IDs. Register only after the physical signs are printed and checked. Keep the CSV for exact reprints. DEV stock must not be shipped.
Replacement Display Generator
Generate paired replacement displays for lost or damaged sheets. Development inventory only.
After generating, save the private CSV for box matching and reprints. Use the PDF button here or Print in inventory to print a registered, unused replacement batch. No activation card is included.
