New Display Generator

Prepare a confidential DEV manifest for paired Open House and Closing Review displays and 12 months of service. Select the saved CSV below to review it, create the display PDFs, activation cards and packing map, and register its hashes and display codes. Existing manifests from the approved offline generator can also be selected.

The dashboard uses the saved manifest for exact reprints. Print the duplex 4×6 display PDF at actual size, flip on the long edge; the back columns are swapped to match the fronts. The four-up activation cards and Excel packing map are private. For this DEV test, check each card's package reference against the front/back PDF before registering simulated stock. DEV codes must never be shipped.

Annual OH/CR display stock · DEV

Create unlinked Open House and Closing Review display sheets for annual Smart Rider orders. Each sheet has one Open House front and one Closing Review back. It has no activation card; the paid Smart Rider package supplies the buyer's activation link.

Keep the saved CSV for exact reprints. The three display PDFs use the same approved Open House and Closing Review artwork as retail stock. The Excel map shows each sheet reference and both public QR codes. This DEV batch is simulated stock and must not be shipped.

Paid Smart Rider orders · DEV

For this DEV fulfillment test, match a paid test order to a registered plan-neutral package using its digital proofs and private packing map. Pairing records the admin and package; activation still happens when the test buyer uses the card link. Annual orders also need one unlinked DEV Open House and Closing Review display. No physical DEV stock is shipped.

Additional Smart Rider signs · DEV

Paid add-ons are attached to the agent account that opened Checkout. The checkout email may differ. Convert unused two-rider packages into individual add-on signs, then assign the exact paid quantity of printed IDs in one action. Retire each converted package's activation card; do not ship those cards.

Smart Rider Generator · DEV

For Stripe paid orders, create one complete DEV print proof: 16 plan-neutral packages, 32 unique riders. Each package has two riders and can be paired to a monthly, six-month or annual test order after its digital proof is checked. The four print PDFs have eight riders each, front and back, at 24×48 inches per file. Annual orders also require separate Open House and Closing Review displays.

For digital DEV testing, verify each rider’s front and back ID and QR against the private packing map, then register the batch as simulated stock. Use the matching private activation-card link to test receipt and activation. Keep the CSV for exact reprints. These DEV riders are not physical inventory and must not be shipped.

Replacement Display Generator

Generate paired replacement displays for lost or damaged sheets. Development inventory only.

After generating, save the private CSV for box matching and reprints. Use the PDF button here or Print in inventory to print a registered, unused replacement batch. No activation card is included.
