New Display Generator

Prepare a confidential dev manifest for paired displays and 12 months of service. Keep it private: it contains package activation QR tokens and backup codes. Select that same CSV below to register its hashes and paired display codes. Existing manifests made by the approved dev print generator can also be selected.

After registering, use this same manifest with the approved offline print generator's reprint command to produce the activation inserts and paired 4×6 duplex PDF. Keep the manifest for exact future reprints. Dev codes must never be shipped.
